Go to the State Directory
Open the US State Directory and select the state where your project will be completed.

Choose your first company
Find a hydrovac company in that state and click "Click for Quote" on their profile to begin the quote request.

Fill out the RFQ form
Describe your project, specify timing, truck requirements, union preferences, and any other details the companies will need to respond.

Add more companies (up to 6 total)
On the final step you can add other eligible companies — from the same state or any other state — until your list reaches the 6-company maximum.

Submit your RFQ
Your request is sent to every selected company. Each company receives an email asking them to accept or decline.

Companies respond
Each hydrovac company independently accepts or declines your request. You are notified of every response.

Connect directly
Once a provider accepts, all further communication — prints, job details, pricing — goes directly between you and that company.
