DLS Underground, LLC was founded in May 2014 by Dustin and Lindsey Stansbury and is based in Harper, Kansas. They service the entire states of Kansas and Oklahoma, focusing on doing the job right the first time with customer satisfaction as the priority. What started with a pickup truck, trailer, and a rented Vermeer drill has grown into a full fleet, including hydrovac trucks, a Smart Vac vac truck, a 24x40 Vermeer HDD, a John Deere 200D excavator, multiple mini excavators, additional HDD rigs, plus plows, a dozer, and a rock saw. DLS specializes in underground utility installation across commercial, industrial, and residential work—handling fiber optic, water distribution, storm water, gas, sewer, and electrical—and they also have the capability to install aerial fiber, copper, and electrical cable. They’re known for strong relationships with organizations like the City of Wichita, AT&T, Wheatland Broadband, Wheatland Electric, and others, and they emphasize fast response times, quick/accurate quotes, and a 10-year accident-free safety record.
